Duplicate shortcut now doesn't work for Duplicate Windows,Control,...

Because the new editor "Delete Line" have the same shortcut Command +"D"
Need change "D" to "Y"

Cmd-D / Ctrl-D is back to being Duplicate
Cmd+Shift+K / Ctrl-Shift-K is Delete Line
