Designer set a control size like window size hide resize rectangle window

Steps To Reproduce

create projet
add canvas
set position canvas to left,top,width,height 0,0,800,600 like window frame
now you can't resize the window because rectangle are hidden by canvas

I'll fix this now as well as add some additional features to the designer for selecting controls.

Fixed in the next release.

Additionally the fix brings new Select All and Select > menu items contextually in the designer to be able to select controls easier. Clicking the title bar of a window in the designer will not select that window too.
