how to expose new property in new class

I create a new class called TextAreaAdv and it is based on TextArea. Add a new property called PreviousText which is a string.
Next I put this new control on a window and trying to see the new control in the inspector and find this new property

Are you expecting to be able to set/edit PreviousText from within the Inspector when an instance of TextAreaAdv is added to a window? If so, that is not yet implemented. In Xojo, they term that "Inspector Behaviour" and is accessible by right clicking a custom class and indicating which of the properties are visible in the inspector.
