Just to clarify, do you mean make it such that there is no animation in the designer preview when a progress bar is in indeterminate mode?

strange have a animation in designer mode, but it's a personal opinion

In the next release, if a ProgressBar is indeterminate then it will be shown as 50% filled in the designer.
