Doubleclick Event on Splitter

Problem

For a better UI Experience in desktop apps I would like to see a doubleclick event on splitter. Then a user could doubleclick on it and automatically toggle everything (e.g. a palette) to the maximum or minimum side of the window where it is oriented to.

Proposed Solution

Add a Doubleclick Event on Splitter
