Automatically add () to methods

Every time a suggested method is selected the ( and ) always have to be added manually, especially with methods without parameters.
For example ToString()

So I've improved the editor so it will automatically suggest empty parentheses after a method's name if that method has not parameters and you can accept that with autocomplete. Additionally the autocomplete will now insert placeholders for the parameters of a method if you like. This is on by default but there is a setting to disable it.
