Thanks for the clear list. These have now been split up, tracked, implemented, and marked fixed for the next release.

A couple of notes:

The existing FullScreen property still means “this window is allowed to enter full screen mode”. Programmatic fullscreen control is now done with SetFullScreen() and ExitFullScreen(), and IsFullScreen reports the current state.
HasCloseButton is implemented as a best-effort native decoration option. Some platforms/toolkits do not expose a close-button-only switch, so hiding it may remove more native title-bar chrome than just the close button. To actually prevent closing, CancelClosing remains the correct API.
