Summary
ListBox in GroupBox right and bottom sometimes isn't shown correct in the IDE when the margin between the GroupBox and the ListBox is small.
When running the program the ListBox is shown correctly.

Steps To Reproduce
- Add GroupBox to window (Left 10, Top 35, Width 300, Height 300)
- Add ListBox to GroupBox (Left in Parent 0, Top in Parent 26, Width 280, Height 240)
Expected Result
ListBox should fit within GroupBox and showing the the blue line at the left, top, right and bottom of the ListBox control.
Actual Result
The blue lines of the ListBox are gone on the right and at the bottom.
