DragEnter fials when GroupBox is on PagePanel (at least on Windows)
(I was not able to right click the DragEnter event to copy it so the header of the event is missing here bellow - maybe something we would like to get ??)
So this DragEnter event works on GroupBox on Windows.............until the GroupBox lives on a PagePanel then it will no longer work. Same fail will happen for example on Canvas that has been put on PagePanel.
