I think there is something strange about how Objo Apps presents it self to Windows

(or I am doing something wrong ??)

The upper app that windows offers there is the old Xojo made Registrator decoder. The lower one is the Objo made. The exe files name is Registrator.exe. I have no idea why windows will represent it there as Objo.Host.Desktop.

(Note this is in compiled app not in debug mode)

You're not doing anything wrong. This looks like a bug in Studio.

Windows can use the executable's embedded application description in Open with, rather than its filename. It looks like Studio is leaving the internal host's description in the built executable. It should use your project's Display Name, falling back to the App Name if that isn't set.

I've logged this as bug #1908. Thanks for reporting it.
