Hi @AndiG,
@rgb is correct about the current behaviour. The Graphics object passed to PaintCellText starts with its own font settings: Inter at size 12. It doesn't automatically inherit the ListBox's typography.
Setting g.FontSize matches the size, but the font family, bold and italic settings can still differ. To match those too:
g.FontName = ListBox1.FontName
g.FontSize = ListBox1.FontSize
g.Bold = ListBox1.Bold
g.Italic = ListBox1.Italic
There is also a positioning detail that may explain your “almost OK”: the y supplied to the event currently assumes a fixed default text height. It doesn't adjust to the font you choose in the handler.
For a single line of text, you can calculate a centred vertical position after setting the font:
Var text As String = ListBox1.CellTextAt(row, column)
Var textY As Double = (g.Height - g.TextHeight(text, g.Width)) / 2
g.DrawText(text, x, textY)
Return True
Put the font assignments before this drawing code. If it still looks different, please post a small example project so I can check the remaining difference.
