Menu bar receives focus during Tab navigation

Hi Garry,

While working on my Prompt Builder application on Windows, I noticed something unexpected with keyboard navigation.

After tabbing through the buttons, pressing Tab moves focus to File in the menu bar. Pressing Tab again moves focus to the TabPanel.

I would expect Tab to move between the window’s controls, with the menu bar accessible separately through Alt or F10.

Is this intended behaviour, or could the menu bar be entering the Tab sequence unintentionally? If it is intentional, is there a way to exclude it?
