Thanks for reporting this. I’ve reviewed the code and found two related bugs: copy/paste loses the source’s Test build scope, which places the copy among application sources and prevents its tests from being discovered. Pasting directly into the existing Tests group also fails.

For now, after pasting into the destination project, change the copied class’s Build Scope to Test in the Inspector. It should then appear under Tests and be discoverable. Within the same project, Duplicate already preserves the test scope.
